The Texoma Community Credit Union Box Office distributes tickets for most events at the Kay Yeager Coliseum, Memorial Auditorium, J.S. Bridwell Ag Center, and the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall.

Hours:
The Texoma Community Credit Union Box Office in the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall is open Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. On show days, the box office will open approximately two hours before a ticketed concert/show at the building where the event is being held.
Buying Tickets to MPEC Events and Performances:
Ticketmaster is MPEC’s authorized ticket vendor. MPEC can only guarantee tickets purchased directly through the MPEC Box Office, Ticketmaster.com (https://ticketmaster.com), or by clicking the “Buy Tickets” button on the desired event at WFMPEC.com (https://wfmpec.com).
Please Note:
Patrons assume full risk for fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized services or third-party vendors. MPEC reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke ticket privileges for fraudulent tickets.
MPEC reserves the right to refuse service to third-party resellers and to patrons known to hold fraudulent tickets.

All ticket sales are final: Performances, schedules, programs, and artists are subject to change without notice at any time.
No Refunds:
For all events, the MPEC has a no refunds or exchanges policy. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund at your original point of sale. Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller of tickets at the MPEC; if you purchased your tickets through a third-party resale site, you will need to contact that company directly for a refund. Unless a performance is cancelled in its entirety, with no rescheduled date, no refunds will be provided.
All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter an MPEC facility.
Lost tickets:
Lost tickets may be reprinted in person at the TCCU Box Office in the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall or at the event box office the night of the show, prior to attending the show. In order to receive reprinted tickets the original ticket buyer must provide their valid Photo ID at the Box Office to confirm their identity as the original purchaser.
Service Charges and Fees:
TCCU Box Office, online, and phone purchases are subject to per ticket and per order fees.
By utilizing a MPEC ticket, guests agree to:
The capture and use of their likeness incidental to any live, recorded or social media transmission of the performance.
Assume all risks incidental to the event to which the ticket admits you and to waive any rights against Ticketmaster.com, MPEC, its agents, management and employees, and performers which you may have arising out of any accident, personal injury or loss or damage to property.
Group Ticket Sales
MPEC is happy to sell your group of 10 or more tickets to shows that are approved for group ticket sales. Please send an email to andy.austin@wichitafallstx.gov with the subject line Group Ticket Sales and we will be happy to assist you.
