THSWCA EZ FLEX STATE DUALS CHAMPIONSHIPS is the premier High School Wrestling dual event of the season. It takes the top 8- 4A teams and the Top 16 – 5A and 6A teams in the dual format all vying for a Team Dual State Championship.
