Women’s UIL 5A Region 1 Basketball Tournament
The Wichita Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau and Wichita Falls ISD is excited to again host this year’s UIL 5A Women’s Region-I Basketball Tournaments at Kay Yeager Coliseum.
Women’s games are Friday, February 24, 2023 and Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Home Team seating is on the left side of the arena.
Visitor Team seating is on the right side of the arena.
Schedule:
Friday – Doors will open at 3:00pm
4:00pm: Lubbock Monterey (Home) vs. Mansfield Timberview (Visitor)
6:00pm: Lubbock Cooper (Home) vs. Colleyville Heritage (Visitor)
*No re-entry between games*
Saturday – Doors will open at 11:00am
12:00pm – Winners of Friday games tip-off
Tickets:
Tickets are $10 and will be available for purchase at the door.
No tournament passes and no pre-sales.
Children 2 and under get in free.
No reserved seating, all General Admission.
Parking:
All parking is free. Please see the map below for building entrance locations.
Prohibited Items:
In accordance with UIL Rules, no noisemakers, no thunder sticks, clappers, horns, whistles, balloons, confetti.
No outside food or drink.
ONLY handheld signs are allowed.
